I think that this seems like to encourage the girls to do the sexual activity in the age of 16 for America because that is legal age for them. But this make them to have a high possibilities to have the sexual transmitted diseases. So, the moral Phramicst is quiet good and let the others know that the consequences the high rates of sexual activity.Bear in mind that nobody want their daughter to be like that. thanks
